Warranty Policy
ONE YEAR WARRANTY
At Jingle Furniture, we stand behind our products and provide a 1-year warranty on all product sold.
- Email us at info@jingle-furniture.com from the email address which you placed your order. You will receive a reply within 2-3 business days to coordinate a replacement. After sending in your defective unit, please allow at least 7-10 business days for processing. You will need to send the defective unit to us using whatever method you see fit, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you.
- If purchased from one of our authorized retailers or other retail establishment, please keep your receipt as proof of purchase, as it will be required for replacement at no cost. Without a valid proof of purchase, replacements will be subject to a processing and handling fee.
- If item is a special version that is no longer available, it will be replaced with a standard version.
- All “Jingle Furniture” products for sale on non-official marketplace are counterfeit products. We cannot offer warranty service on any items from such sites.
- Warranty is not applicable to counterfeit items.
RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- When items returned under warranty are found to have no problems or defects, customers will be charged additionally for testing and repackaging.
- Items out-of-warranty, without proof of purchase, or not belonging to Jingle Furniture will not be serviced. Instead, they will be returned back to the customer at the customer’s cost. Customer is responsible for paying any freight charge caused by refused shipment or unclaimed goods.
